IRAQ MIDDLE EAST A DEMOCRACY OR ELSE INITIATIVE
Written by Stanley Zir
Over the last five years the destiny of our nation have been handed over to the politically insane Not one among them has given any credence to our founders proclamations, proclamations that they were elected to represent On the contrary these Mad Hatters have managed to make their proclamations indefinable and obsolete, thus dividing us at a time when the most formidable of tyrannies forces is knocking on liberty's front door In order to extricable ourselves form there jungle of deception I have written the essay “ Iraq a Democracy or Else Solution”
As the author I have taken leeway to use any of the test of the articles and essays that I have written since 1998 on this subject as reference material for this essay. I also have taken the prerogative to use many of the same paragraphs in different places of this essay because they are so explicit in connecting my point of view to the subject matter at hand
Introduction
In 2001 one month after the attack on 9/11 two years before the Bush Doctrine was presented to the American public I wrote on my site Scepter of liberty/ War on Democracy http://www.victoriousamerica.com/alert/2002nym1.htm
“Regarding the creation of new governments based on democratic ideals to end the tyranny in the Middle East and bring security and peace to the whole world, there is one principle that must be established in these nations and protected at all costs. The principle is the separation of church and state, which must be instituted especially in the regions where religious influence has been the dominating factor in their governing civil institutions for over 1000 years
This principle contained the structural configuration that would give rise to our balanced constitutional framework that would protect all peoples inalienable rights form those who would deny them of those rights The importance of this political Initiative in the Middle East can be witnessed in the consequences of entire nations and cultures that are literally governed by religious dictates that lack such a separation of the religious from the secular domain. The consequences can be witnessed in the dire poverty of their countries and most recently in the horrific attacks against our citizens in our own back yard on September 11 th :”
Since then I began talking with thousands of people about the part that Separation of Mosque and State plays in securing a victory in the war on terrorism. They just looked at me and laughed, saying I was too naive, the Islamic world would never accept political agenda. I said after 9/11 why would we ask their permission?
In early 2005 I wrote on my site Victorious America announces the commencement of the Victorious America Initiative..."The two most important strategies needed to gain a victory over terrorism: the active religious de-terrorization of the sovereign nations of the Arab league, and the establishment of a Separation of Mosque and State governance to achieve that end were both mothballed by the presidential candidates in this 2004 election.
“The Republican Party had declared the mandate that a Separation of Mosque and State embodies, that would put and end to the sectarian violence, an obstruction to creating the bond between all those who worshiped Allah in Iraq that is essential in uniting their nation in the war against terrorism. I guess they got that wrong
While the democrats are still concentrating on first finding Osama Bin Laden and his followers in Afghanistan when America is at odds with billions of ordinary people around the world whose chief end it is to breech the constitutional fire wall that separation of church and state provides that protects us against those whole eliminate the existence of Liberty itself in Gods name”
The republican interpretation of the principles of Separation of Church and State was shocking to me, so was so many people their people labeling of me as a Communist, claiming I was trying to promote a Godless nation, because of my views on this subject, even though I voted as a republican was a religious man
Since the Democrats had no political agenda to dismantle the Religious Totalitarian nations of the Arab League they labeled me as warmonger for my stance on Iraq, obviously I had no home there either. Effectively I have became a homeless patriot
However, in the interim, I was still able to publish many articles on my site and op-ed in small newspapers around the world. A few of my articles/essays are: "Checkmating Evil”;” Liberty's Last Call"; "Separation of Church and State, Liberty's Neutron Bomb"; "God Tyranny and Liberty: 2002 Elections" Israel Arabs and the United Nations “ One World One Pledge”; "Religious Tyranny the Black Plague of the 21st Century"; "Specter of Liberty" .ect
This article Iraq a Democracy or Else Solution was originally written in January 2007 and posted on my site a day before President gave his State of the Union speech in 2007. Subsequently I took it down for editing purposes and because of other projects that I had to attend to I was not able to return to this article to finish editing it
Because of the importance of the Iraq issue and the part that this essay can play in determining Iraq's future and the outcome in our war against terrorism it has been temporarily re-edited and put it up before General Petraeus appears before a congressional committee on September 11 to give his progress report on Iraq
I have done this so I could be on record before theses proceeding that I have provided the American public with a course of action that our founding fathers conceived that is designed to end the sectarian violence in Iraq and secure a victory for demcaory over there
So you can see how I developed this strategy form this time forward I will continue to refine and develop this essay, and with the help of my new editor I will publish a new and revised edition each month
To that end I am also issuing an open call to any political historians and or editors on in that field who upon reading this essay, agree of the historical impact that the ideas of this essay can have in wining the war on terrorism and preserving our constitutional way of life in the future will willingly offer their expertise in fashioning this into a more highly developed political document
Furthermore any and all readers of this essay are free to submit there impute and those who's opinions act to further illuminate the subject matter or those who with it and why will be posted on my site with proper attrition
Last please submit any of your questions www victoriousamerica.com
Without questioning the subject matter of this essay any opportunity that I would have to bring clarity to your inquiry will go unanswered and with it your opportunity to challenge the validity of your own beliefs against new ideas and or the very least test the mettle of your hypnosis against that of this author
This is especially true when we are talking about the way forward on the war on terrorism where the survival of our constitutional way of life lays in the balance
Remember where there is no questions there are no new ideas it was my own questioning of long established political and cultural standards that lead to the discovery of the ideas that are represented in this essay
OVERVIEW OF ARTICLE
This is only one question is left to ask, Does America have a political ideology that will redirect the Iraq people's determination from giving their allegiance to God over giving their allegiance to protecting each in order to end sectarian slaughter in Iraq This citizen says we do
You know when your house has been robbed because something seems out of place when you come home. That sums up my reaction to the Bush Doctrine comparing its proclamations to our founding father documents
President Bush keeps saying only a political solution that will secure a victory for democracy in Iraq can guarantee Iraq will be an ally of America in the war against terrorism that is acceptable
Then why after 3 years has he yet to discuss any of the amendments of the constitution that Iraqi people adapted in a national referendum that are suppose to guarantee us a victory for demcaory there.
You can bet this is one topic that will not be discussed by President Bush in September on the repot on Iraq progresses to the American people
This is why:
Article 14 of Iraq 's new constitution approved in a nationwide referendum held on October 15, states that Iraqis are equal before the law “without discrimination because of sex”. ‘Yet the constitution also states that no law can be passed that contradicts the “established ruling” of Islam. Islamic Law?
The idea that President Bush is still describing Iraq as a fledgling demcaory is unconscionable what we are talking about here is tyranny, religious tyranny to be more precise
President Bush we can never let the mother of our freedoms become a whore by those who would make tyranny their constitutional ethic and ever hope to gain a victory for demcaory in Iraq, or any where else in the Islamic world
A constitution that is void of liberty's decrees is like a bad apple it's rotten at its core. President Bush, you cannot build the foundation for democracy in Iraq under a Constitution that is compromised by tyranny and disguise this fact by calling it a fledgling democracy. It will not, work because that stain of tyranny will re service to soil the very fabric of that that would guarantee liberties blessing to the Iraqi people in every generation to come
Thus while a national unity government in Iraq or a serge might temporally quell the sectarian violence there, a national unity government founded on a constitution that support principles that uphold a governance of Religious Tyranny will not be a victory for democracy there
Yet President Bush continues to preach to us
“As we watch and encourage reforms in the region, we are mindful that modernization is not the same as Westernization. Representative governments in the Middle East will reflect their own cultures. They will not, and should not, look like us. Democratic nations may be constitutional monarchies, federal republics, or parliamentary systems. And working democracies always need time to develop -- as did our own. We've taken a 200-year journey toward inclusion and justice -- and this makes us patient and understanding as other nations are at different stages of this journey”
For those in the administration who are still insisting that it will take time for demcaory to grow in Iraq or that Iraq and the Middle Easter nations will develop their own brand of democracy because of ethic and religious
Its time to put this preposterous assumption to rest I ask what democracy President Bush talking about, certainly not the one our founding fathers fashioned over 200 years again It was these very same ethic and religious alliances in the pre Constitutional era that left a history of tyranny and violence in its wake It is these very same cultural and religious alliances in Iraq that is the cause of the sectarian violence in Iraq
President Bush there is only one brand of democracy and only one culture under its domain the culture of freedom period
The Germans and Japanese's are now reaping the benefit of liberty blessing because America insisted that they first establish a constitution of our choice to end their culture of tyranny at the end of World War 2 and Iraq can be no different there also must be a demcaory or else initiative there also
President Bush mistaken perceptions on this subject matter have arisen from his claims that Moslems and Christians belief in God is the bond that will unite both people in their fight against terrorism and finally lead to the Islamic nations conversion to democracy Nothing can be further form the truth nothing can be further from the truth
This misunderstanding stems from his failure to understand the most basic of liberty's decrees
While the Koran and Bible are documents of faith that embrace a covenant of principles for those who have chosen to believe in God for their salvation theses documents cannot protect against a government of tyranny by man in the name of God The constitution in a demcaory however is document of governance that embraces covenant of principles that safe guards the rights of all by preventing against the advancement of tyranny by man in the name of God or the State,
Present Bush The good name of God can only be protected under the sovereignty of Democratic Constitutional Governance. Under the name of God there is no end of mans use of his name to promote the horrors of tyranny that only the Constitution could curtail
The validity of this decree is mirrored in the Arab world where it is religion not family where blood is thicker than water There, freedom is considered a threat by the majority, because it is seen as a doctrine where a person has been given the right to question the ethics on which the foundation on which their social order rests, a foundation that was built exclusively on the teaching and dictates of Allah Since such inquires would be considered an insult to Allah so would the doctrine of doctrine of liberty's that opened the door to such inquires The reality is in the Arab world people are seeking freedom but freedom form democracy
Therefore it is only Liberty's bond based on the principles of Mosque and State that is necessary in severing the Moslems ties to a heretical religious mandate in that region This will finally deliver them into the bosom of democracies blessings, ultimately transforming the nations of the Arab League, like Japan and Germany before them from liberty's great enemies into its her defender.
Because of president also assumed because the Moslems believe in God once they are given a change to vote they will chose liberty as their new mandate he assured the American people before the 2005 Palestinians “these elections are further proof that when given a choice all peoples seek to live in liberty and to choose their own government”
President Bush's surprise that 95% of the Palestine people went to the poles and exercised their God Given Right to freely elect a terrorist organization speaks directly to this matter. (Well I must admit he got the second part right a five percent success rate is not to bad for a foreign policy that is needed to win a third world war)
His proclamations might have been true in the nations of Hungry in the post cold war ear but unfortunately after 9/11 and in the nations of the Arab League here the equitation changes The reality is the people in the nations of the Arab world like the majority in Japan in World War 11 have also consummated their marriage to their faith in their God at the alter of religious tyranny
Under such conditions America is now negotiating in good faith in the Arab world in the hopes of gaining a foot for liberty there
Thus when he keeps insisting that is will take time for democracy to develop in the Middle East as did our own. We've taken a 200-year journey toward inclusion and justice -- and this makes us patient and understanding as other nations are at different stages of this journey”
My response is in a society where the Shiite majority gives their allegiance to a religious mandate over their allegiance to protect people inalienable rights, establishing democracy in Iraq without first mandating the principles that a Constitution in a democracy must embody first, is the equivalent as giving a flashlight to a blind man to help him find his way out of the dark
President Bush America held its first election under a democratic constitutional mandate in order to set the ground rules for the execution of the duties of the judicial, civil, and executive institutions of the America government that was designed to stop the advancement of a governance tyranny in its tracts .As a result perspective voters could unify under this constitutional canopy and as a result was able to avoid the political chaos that we are currently seeing in Iraqi between religious fractions there
The strength of our constitutional prototype in securing our freedoms is proven by the fact that our citizens have chosen to honor the principal on which the foundation that our constitution rests as the only staple to nature e our cultural ethic for over 200 years and we have been richly rewarded for this choice, time again in the history of our own country as we have been able to rise out of the ashes of our own inequities (Slavery Women's rights Segregation) by using her Unrelenting mirror of justice as our only staff
What will happen in the future for Iraq when because their Constitution is in violation the essential principles on which the foundation of liberty rests?
Not only will the Constitutional balance between the religious and state institutions that is needed to maintain an open market of ideas in Iraq will falter At the end of the day the hand of justice that is the essential element for the Iraqi peoples overcoming their own inequities in their future will be missing, and in a region where it is religion, not the family, where blood is considered thicker than water, there will be nothing from preventing Iraq from backsliding and merging together with Iran under the umbrella of Religious Autocracy
A doctor is trained to spot a disease and treat it before it spreads. He can reliably predict the outcome of the patient's condition. America 's Founding Fathers were also doctors. They were excellent physicians who could fully detect the disease of tyranny in all its forms. They left the Constitution as a preventive and as a vaccine to eliminate this cancer.
The question is h ow can President Bush treat the brand of tyranny that has poisoned the minds of Arab world when declares our founding father cure for that aliment an affront to the Gods faithful Meanwhile his own personal God sent elixir is continuing to inflame the patients condition Asking President Bush to treat the disease of Religious Tyranny in the mid east to end the spread terrorism is like asking a fireman to put out a fire by throwing gasoline on
The likelihood of the success for spreading democracy under the Bush Doctrine in the Mid- East considering he does not give constitutional credence to a Separation of church and state configuration is as remote as Ayatollah Khomeini and Mahmoud Ahmadinejad both appearing on the Wheat's Box of Champions or expecting the dawn to arise just after the sun has set
President Bush creating a Religious Democracy's not the plan our founding fathers had for protecting the America public form the plague of religious suppression crating, a demcaory free form the governance of religious tyranny was.
Your new Islamic concoctions if successful in the Middle East will complete a circuitry for an endless cycle of suppression that will descend on humankind in the future like a locus consuming all that is righteous in its path and leaving torch less statues bound and gagged in liberty's harbors as a reward for your efforts
Unfortunately Iraq 's newest Islamic Democratic concoction fits this bill. It mirrors your doomed policy on our home front that is in the process of legitimizing Religious Tyranny here and sealing our fate in the Middle East by declaring war on the only solution that would eliminate the cause of terrorism in this world; The Separation of the people of the Arab world from a Mosque and State Cooperative
Now after four years in Iraq the Bush doctrine has not only produced a majority in Iraq that has been greasing the wheel of religious intolerance with impunity while the engines of demcaory lay still in the water, but has also produced a majority in America who chose to growth an Iraqi no show party in the 2006 midterm election because they could no longer stand the unbearable stench of Religious suppression arising from the nations of the Middle East and form the white house that has been suffocating us all in the dogma or religious for over 5 years
After September 11th, the people of the United States were in disbelief in hearing that so many people from all walks of life in another parts of the world hated us so much. We still truly cannot understand why even today, as reports from the Muslim world get worse in this regard. What's the deal here? We must truly know the answer to this question for provides the identity and the size of the enemy that has engaged us If we do underestimate the enormity of this negative condition because it offends our sensibilities, then we will fall into denial syndrome and put ourselves at great risk
Now some five years later t he politicians in America are now sitting on the edge of their seats anxiously pondering Iraq future, and they should because America has lost the initiative, those who have been greasing the wheel of religious intolerance in Iraq and though out the Middle East are alive and thriving while the engines of democracy are dead in the water Now the Bush Doctrine has lost all credibility and any proposals for his way forward in Iraq s have become mere speculation and speculation is not a vote of confidence for victory.
Yet still there are politicians on both sides of the isle saying we cannot pose a Democracy or Else demand on the Iraq people But Senator Biden said “We let the Iraqis fend for themselves in writing a Constitution in our absence, no headway was made”. He had also mentioned something about separating he Kurds, Shi'a, and Sunnis into three territories under an Iraq federation in order to end sectarian violence. Senator Biden if this is truly the answer to the Iraq people problems, how do you wish to implement your proposals if the Iraqi people ultimately oppose your suggestions?
The only real question on the table is will America open liberties gate in Iraq and take this opportunity to consummate her mission to deliver this indomitable package of freedom untarnished into the heart of the Islamic World or will the legacy of freedom be erased form the histories registry by those who championed treachery and deception on the home front
The reality Americas is facing a majority in the nations of the Arab world like the majority in Japan in World War 11 also consummated their marriage to their faith at the alter of Religious Tyranny
Now like in Japan after World War 11 it will only take a Democracy or Else stance by the United States in the Middle East that can exhume the same brand of tyranny this is now poising the minds of the Arab people only then can the Arabs transform their homegrown cultures of gloom into gardens of peace and prosperity
In Japan the acts of suicidal bombers appeared under a governance of a religious totalitarian state with a emperor acting as their modern day imam The rise of absolute power in the name of the sacred consumed the people of Japan and end the end produced some of the most some of the most egregious acts of torture on the full menu of tyranny evils Like the population of the nations the Arab League today the Japanese did not give a seconded thought to those among them who were committing atrocities against innocent people In like manner both peoples under the rule of an uncontestable social and religious mandates
Addressing the Dangers of the "Road Map"
May 18, 2003 http://web.israelinsider.com/Views/2302.htm
I wrote:
“It is apparent that America and Israel is encountering the same root of evil she faced in the war with Japan and Germany in World War II. Those states only made the transformation to civilized behavior through force and total victory over them. Unfortunately, they too worshiped and respected only what proved to be more powerful than they judged themselves and their beliefs to be
Now America only has to recall their transformation to a civilized behavior to map out our exit strategy that guarantees us a victory for demcaory in Iraq . Thus setting the stage to finally undermine vast population's allegiance to a religious mandate over their allegiance to protect people's inalienable rights; an allegiance that has rubber-stamped the movements of oppression, terrorism, and hate in that region for over 5000 years.
Today, a total victory for democracy and peace would necessitate the total defeat of the oppressive conglomeration of Middle Eastern tyrannies, and only then would this give their people the proof they need to discard their erroneous beliefs. This alone would open up the door for the possibility of a world draped in liberty and security, free from fear. That was written in 2004 “
Its now 2007 nothing has changed President Bush is still waging a holy war against our citadel of justice at home while attempting to end the war on terrorism by condoning the spread of Islamic Democracy's in Iraq and thought out the Middle East
This coupled with the fact that democratic party has joined with the United Nations to pursue the abandonment of liberty's' battlefield in Iraq and around the globe has left all Americans holding
This coupled with the fact that democratic party has joined with the United Nations to pursue the abandonment of liberty's' battlefield in Iraq and around the globe has left all Americans holding an empty bag. Who will fill the political void created by these absentee warriors and provide the lions voice of resistance that is needed to prevent the establishment of an Islamic demcaory in Iraq Who will challenge Bush's Pre-Constitutional Mandate who's decrees declare the provisions that a Separation of Mosque and State governmental configuration offer in ending terrorism and sectarian violence in Iraq God forbidden fruit the democrats? Liberty 's gypsies whose impotent proclamations and petty bickering are destined to leave Americans not her flag blowing in the wind
The time to extricate us out of this jungle of deception and return liberties her rightful throne is now
The Arab world is facing a piranha. Religious tyranny the cancerous beast that they embraced in their war against the west has mutated and descended on them like a locust, honing in on their own misguided faith they are eating the very fabric that binds them to their own humanity. The result, Sectarian Violence Mutual Murder Among their own Brethren
It has been religious tyranny that as been the staple for the diet of even the most moderate peoples in the nations of the Arab League that has been quietly feeding a terrorist beast in that region for over the centuries and who incubation period ended on 9/11 with attack on the world trade center This is the cancer that we need to destroy to be freed from the plague of terrorism
The only question is will Iraq adapted the political ideology who's tools and strategy must to be applied to end sectarian slaughter in their country by redirecting the Iraq people's determination from giving their allegiance to God over giving their allegiance to protecting each other inalienable rights
It is this form of allegiance that has not only lead to the sectarian violence in Iraq but because it mirrors the same overall commitment of the great majority of the people in the nations of the Arab League who like the Iraqis who also serve a God that they have enshrined in the alter of religious tyranny now put Iraq at the epée center on the war against terrorism around the world
In the end it is religious tyranny that is the operative word here, this is the cancer that gave birth to religious totalitarian nations of the Arab league today and like the secular Communities tyranny in the west they also deny people rights but in Gods name instead of the state
It has been religious tyranny that as been the staple for the diet of even the most moderate peoples in the nations of the Arab League that has been quietly feeding a terrorist beast in that region for over 1000 years and who incualbti0on period ended on 9/11 with attack on the world trade center This is the cancer that we need to destroy to be freed from the plague of terrorism
Now only the seed planted over two hundred years ago by America's founding father honoring the freedom of all by protecting against the tyranny of any must now be the same seed planted by the people of Iraq in their new constitution in order to build an invincible fortress of liberty that will establish Iraq as the first line of defense against terrorism and finally undermine a movement of religious tyranny that has laid the foundation for the rise of the religious totalitarian governments of the Arab League n that region in that region for over 1000 years
Its time for President Bush to put away his bible and do what we elected this constitutional cowboy to do carrel all those sectarian rustlers in Iraq and put them under the sovereignty of a Democratic Constitutional Mandate
Since the war in Iraq demands the release of Iraq form the grip of Religious Tyranny we can now turn to our Founding Father weapon of choice to complete this mission The principle of separation of church and state established by them over 200 years ago to forever protect God name form being used by humankind to deny people their inalienable rights in god name and the state now fits the bill
Only this serum injected directly into the hear of Iraq governing structure can cure their homegrown cultures of gloom and hate that are now responsible for terrorizing their own population Now it is apparent this has to be an emergence procedure with no time for permission slips from and infected population that are now host this plague if we are to stop the spread of terrorism in this world This weapon was good enough for our founding father why is it not good enough for President Bush
By not insisting that the principle of church and state (mosque and state) become the anchor for a constitutional governance in Iraq, we now find ourselves discussing an exit strategy in Iraq before securing our objective: liberating the people in Iraq from a governance of tyranny, and protecting the citizens of the Untied States of America by securing a democracy in that region in order to stop the advance of terrorism.
The only real question on the table is will America open liberties gate in Iraq and take this opportunity to consummate her mission to deliver this indomitable package of freedom untarnished into the heart of the Islamic World or will the legacy of freedom be erased form the histories registry by those who championed treachery and deception on the home
President Bush untie the hands of Israel Let her deal with Iran and the Palestinians and turn you full attention to fulfilling your mission in Iraq . The time has come to cut political umbilical cord that has tied us to the United Nations an international organization that has long ago forfeited their passport to liberty universe. With Iran 's world nuclear threat on the near horizon we cannot afforded to get on their political merry go round no matter what the democrats or the world says about our attack on Saddam Hussein's Iraq
Going to war with Iraq after September 11 because of Saddam Hussein's violations of non-compliance with United Nations weapons inspectors, his past history with biological weapons, and his protocol for deception were more than justified. He could no longer be trusted in an era where the packaging and size of weapons of mass destruction would now provide him a viable alternative for delivering attacks against the United States . The question was not only if Hussein had these weapons, but also even if he didn't, God help us all if he did get them
President Bush, it is time to announce to the people of Iraq and their government, "If you are not part of the solution, you are part of the problem!"
Iraq , America 's sacrifice of their soldiers' lives for your freedom is more than enough proof of our sincerity. We did not go to war with Saddam Hussein so you could establish another form of tyranny. This would be nothing more than an act of surrender to those totalitarian nations of the Arab League that are the breeding grounds for terrorism. America went to war because there was an attack on the sovereignty of the United States of America , an attack that was no less heinous than the attack on Pearl Harbor .
We must not lose sight of this fact and fact that majority of the Iraqi people like the great majority of the people in the nations of the Arab League also serve a God that they have enshrined in the alter of religious tyranny This now puts Iraq at the epée center on the war against terrorism around the world . This is why wining in Iraq is the only option for it is Americas chance to establish a true demcaory in the heart of the Arab world Only then can we say we have taken the first real first step in ending religious oppression in that region, the oppression that has given rise to the acts of terrorism and murder around the world
Therefore, it is America's rightful duty to insist on a constitution that will support liberty's mandate or remove any new tyrannical regimes in Iraq that oppose such a decrees. The war in Iraq has reached a critical mass and like a cancer that is spreading out of control now only an extreme measures must now be taken in order to save that country form ruins
Don't attack this messenger if you find my solution too radical; take it up with America's Founding Fathers they all knew like cancer you cannot treat tyranny with aspirin unless all the remnants of tyranny are severed first They did not hesitate to take action when attacked. President Washington knew it when he defeated the British, Lincoln when he burned down the south in the civil war to end America 's attachment to slavery, and Truman knew it when he ended the war with Japan .
You cannot build the foundation for democracy in Iraq on forged documents. It's time to face reality. The totalitarian governments of Egypt and Jordan , which have been suitable vessels for supporting their religious mandate, will now come under increasing attacks from their own citizens as pressure mounts on their leaders to conform to a Western standard of democracy. The possibility of the establishment of Islamic governments in these nations to defend against these demands can no longer be ignored.
In a region where free speech could lead to the questioning or disapproval of a state-approved religious mandate, the principles of democracy can only be considered a threat to the very foundation on which their social order rests w hat are the chances of a stabilized Saudi Arabia in the immediate future?
Must we only confront the fundamentalist fanatics in the Middle East , or are the nations of the Arab League peopled with populations no less infected with religious fanaticism than the Japanese in World War II? Are their hearts no less filled with hatred for the Jews than the Nazis in Germany ? Are they the same old horse with a different jockey?
The establishment of a new equilibrium, through the establishment of the principle of Separation of Mosque and State in the governments of the Arab League, is essential for stemming the advance of the world's deadliest cancer. Only then can the elimination of the religious tyranny that has poisoned the minds of the people, and threatened our existence, be possible.
In the end, our own stance against tyranny here and abroad is what Liberty is all about. To be the sworn and unrelenting enemy of tyranny, no door must be left unopened, no corner left unexplored, here or abroad, not even in the realm of the sacred - especially in the Middle East , where evil displays its greatest power to corrupt and hide. We must not let tyranny escape our gaze, lest we ourselves unknowingly embrace it and lose the privilege to spread Liberty throughout the world. For the sake of Liberty , we must wake up and insist that President Bush demand the implementation of the principle of Separation of Church and State in the constitution of Iraq before we leave. We cannot afford to engage in a cut and run from the only mandate that will save humanity from terrorism and sustain the principles of liberty in Iraq .
The time for Middle Eastern countries to dictate to us their demands while their tyrannical regimes are the nest form which the terrorist hosts feed is over. It's time to tell Egypt , Saudi Arabia and the rest of the Middle East counties your reign of tyranny has ended. We will deal with Iran as well as their threats. If you attack our allies, or us we will respond swiftly, but completely not sacrificing one more drop of American blood and leaving no trace of tyrannical domains behind
In the end our own stance against tyranny here and abroad is what liberty is all about To be the sworn and unrelenting enemy of tyranny no door must be left unopened no corner must be left unexplored here or aboard not even in the realm of the sacred- especially in the Middle East where evil displays its greatest power to corrupt and hide We must never let tyranny escape our gaze lest we ourselves unknowingly embrace its deception and lose the privileged to spread liberty throughout the world
For the sake of liberty the America people must wake up and demand that the implementation of the principle of Separation of Mosque and state be installed into a new constitution of Iraq before we leave We cannot afford to engage in a cut and run policy from the only mandate that will save humanity form terrorism and sustain the principals of liberty in Iraq in its future
Recently, Senator Bidden asked Senator McLain on "Meet the Press" to place his allegiance to our nation above his allegiance to the Republican Party and run together with Kerry for president, in order to save our nation. While his idea is interesting, his choice for the presidency was incomprehensible to me.
What we need is a president like George Bush, who will stand up to fight terrorism with or without international approval, and a America Patriot like Thomas Jefferson who would declare: It's time to drop Liberty's Neutron Bomb - Separation of Church and State - on the nations of the Arab League and on other nations around the world where fundamental rights and liberties are now considered a threat to religious beliefs. However, while the Neutron Bomb kills people, Liberty 's Neutron Bomb kills only the cancer of tyranny in the hearts of the people while leaving their institutions of society, such as government, the press, religion, industry and commerce, intact and healthy.
I have no doubt that this essay not only reveals the key for righting America ship but provides those who are presently at her helm with sexton our founder left that will enable them to steer her on a sure course through the last storms of tyrannies deception so there is no confusion on what step we must take at home and abroad din order to ensure her safety and eternally preserve her union
The only real question on the table is will America open liberties gate in Iraq and take this opportunity to consummate her mission to deliver this indomitable package of freedom untarnished into the heart of the Islamic World or will the legacy of freedom be erased form the histories registry by those who championed treachery and deception on the home

IRAQ : A ‘DEMOCRACY OR ELSE' INITIATIVE
THE ESSAY
On Wednesday, President Bush will announce his plan for a way forward in Iraq . President Bush has now consulted with the best minds that our country has to offer in order to find a clear path to victory there in democracy's name. Yet he still has not bothered to consult with our founding fathers, even though they were the architects who built the foundation on which the fortress of liberty rests and which his Bush doctrine is supposed to represent.
This is of no surprise to me. Why would he consult with them now when he did not bother to consult with them before he took his oath of office as our president in 2001? At that time, he had already decided that his allegiance to fulfill a biblical mandate outweighed his allegiance to preserving and protecting the principles on which our Constitution rests. Our Constitution has served as America 's first and last line of defense against tyranny for over 200 years.
In 2001
“The Republican Party of Texas the Republican Party of the United States of America is a Christian nation, which was founded on fundamental Judeo-Christian principles based on the Holy Bible. We also affirm the rights of each individual to worship in the religion of his or her choice. Our Party pledges to do everything within its power to restore the original intent of the First Amendment of the United States and dispel the myth of separation of Church and State. We support the right of the individual and state and local government to display the Ten Commandments on public property subject to their control.”
President Bush justifies his party's position by claiming that a Christian majority built America so it is only people with faith in God that can bring about a world where the equitable treatment between all human beings is possible.
How could President Bush in his right mind ever think of embracing an agenda that would eliminate the Constitutional firewall that separation of Church and State has provided in our own country? This ‘firewall' has protected us from those who used God's name to deny us our rights, when we are now at odds with billions of ordinary people around the world whose chief end it is to breech this constitutional wall in order to enter the fortress of freedom and eliminate the existence of liberty itself in God's name.
But President Bush has been doing just that over the last five years, wresting control of our government and public institutions and putting them under the sovereignty of Holy Scripture. This has been nothing other than his chief objective.
Now, after three years in Iraq, his Bush Doctrine has not only produced a majority in Iraq that has been greasing the wheel of religious intolerance with impunity while the engines of democracy lay sill in the water, but has also produced a majority in America who chose to go with an Iraqi no-show party in the 2006 midterm election because they could no longer stand the unbearable stench of religious suppression arising from the nations of the Middle East and from the White house that was suffocating us all in the dog-magna of religious oppression.
President Bush says it is the absence of freedom in the Middle East that remains the key source of the threat of terrorism to the United States .
The truth is the absence of the principles of freedom on which the foundation of r constitution rests that is missing from his doctrine that is the obstruction here This and this alone has given rise to a strategy that has fallen short in exhuming the brand of tyranny that has given rise to the sectarian violence in Iraq, a cancer which is now spreading like wildfire in the Middle East and threatening the lives of all freedom loving people around the world.
Furthermore, President Bush states since this is an ideological war we are fighting, only a political solution in Iraq will secure a victory over the forces of tyranny and terrorism. Only a political solution will guarantee that Iraq in the future will be an ally of the United States in the war against terrorism.
The likelihood of the success of spreading democracy under the Bush Doctrine in the Middle East with his fatal omission of separation of Mosque and State is as remote as Ayatollah Khomeini appearing on a Wheaties' Box of Champions, or expecting the dawn to arise just after the sun has set
What is he thinking?
President Bush believes that Moslems' and Christians' belief in God is the bond that will unite both worlds in their fight against terrorism and finally lead to the Islamic nations' conversion to democracy. Nothing could be further from the truth.
In the Arab world it is religion not family where blood is thicker than water There, freedom is considered a threat by the majority, because it is seen as a doctrine where a person has been given the right to question the ethics on which the foundation on which their social order rests, a foundation that was built exclusively on the teaching and dictates of Allah Since such inquires would be considered an insult to Allah so would the doctrine of doctrine of liberty's that opened the door to such inquires The reality is in the Arab world people are seeking freedom but freedom form democracy
This fallacious idea of that our president has wrapped his mind around is the direct result of an ideology that blossomed after 9/11. This idea grew from a seed that was planted some 50 years earlier when the words “One Nation Under God” were added to our Pledge of Allegiance that has lead to his failure to understand the most basic of liberty's decrees
Historically, this change in our pledge was our reaction to the Communist attack on Christianity. Their very presence seemed to threaten our right to freedom of worship.
Now for the first time in American history, we shifted our allegiance to constitutional mandate to our allegiance to serve a religious mandate in order to protect and secure our inalienable rights.
Unfortunately because of their lack of confidence in our founding fathers wisdom to protect our freedoms with a constitutional form of governance one stroke of the pen shifted our pledge of allegiance to from a Constitution Mandate to a Biblical mandate to combat this assault on our freedoms by the communists
With this shift of allegiance to “One Nation Under God” we put our Constitution in a secondary position and are now in essence serving the will of God and his commandments as the only way to interrupt and enforce liberty's decrees. In doing so
they tipped the balance between the secular and religious that our constitution provides that is essential I securing liberty's decrees at home and abroad Thus setting the stage for what we are witnessing today
Abortion Gay rights Prayer in public schools funding for religious schools on tax payer money are now being decided by Scriptural a preference and Religious Law instead of Constitutional law
President Bush the good name of God can only be protected under the sovereignty of Democratic Constitutional Governance. Under the name of God there is no end of mans use of his name to promote the horrors of tyranny that only the Constitution could curtail
As our commander and chief you must never forget ,while the bible and the Koran are documents of faith that embrace a covenant of principles for those who have chosen to believe in God for their salvation theses documents cannot protect against a government of tyranny by man in the name of God The constitution in a demcaory however is document of governance that embraces covenant of principles those safe guards the rights of all by preventing against the advancement of tyranny by man in the name of God or the State,
The war in Iraq has reached a critical mass, and like a cancer that is spreading out of control the only question left is what foreign policy must President Bush adapt whose political ideology will provide us with the tools and strategy we need to apply that will redirect the Iraqi people's determination? From giving their allegiance to God over giving their allegiance to protecting each in order to end sectarian slaughter in Iraq
It is this form of allegiance that has not only lead to the sectarian violence in Iraq but because it mirrors the same overall commitment of the great majority of the people in the nations of the Arab League who like the Iraqis who also serve a God that they have enshrined in the altar of religious tyranny this puts Iraq at the epicenter of the war against terrorism around the world
In separating them selves form a church and state governance after there victory in the war of independence our founders took the first step to separate themselves from governmental tyranny. Because it was a separation from a church and state configuration that gave rise to a governance where protecting peoples inalienable rights was held sacred above all Is what makes the Constitution of the Untied States of America the embodiment of a Separation Church and State Mandate
Here lies the ultimate and formula for defeating terrorism in the world for its provides the ground work for the appearance revolutionary Islamic warriors who are determine to deliver their people into liberty's universe thus setting the stage to undermine vast population's allegiance to a religious mandate over their allegiance to protect people's inalienable rights; an allegiance that has rubber-stamped the movements of oppression, terrorism, and hate in that region for over 5000 years.
It is only Liberty's bond based on the principles of Separation of Mosque and State that is will severing the Moslems ties to a heretical religious mandate in that region This will finally deliver them into the bosom of democracies blessings, ultimately transforming the nations of the Arab League, like Japan and Germany before them from liberty's great enemies into its her defender
To understand the size and the scope of the enemy in this war against terrorism, we must see beyond the emergence of terrorists that are now determined to destroy us, but also the emergence of American Hooligans To understand the size and the scope of the enemy in this war against terrorism, we must see beyond the emergence of terrorists that are now determined to destroy us, but also the emergence of our own American Hooligans, Citing restrictions put on the practice of their faith in the public arena they share a common goal with our enemy destruction of America's Constitutional way of life and the loss of our freedom in God's name.
While the sovereign nations of the Arab league fight openly under the banner of religious tyranny and terrorism, the Republican party fronts the banner of democracy in order to disguise their ultimate objectives. .
While it appears that the Religious Right of the Republican Party are only the newest mutineers to appear on liberty's ship, this is not true. American history has long ago proven there is no end the fools that have served the devil in God's name. The same Bible-toting charlatans who presented America with the Civil war, the loss of women's rights and slavery, are the same evolutionary misfits that now wish to dissolve our union of liberty by wresting control of our governing and public institutions from under the control of our Constitutional form of governance.
It is only Liberty 's bond, based on the principles of separation of Mosque and State that is necessary to defeat the plague of religious tyranny in that region. This bond will deliver them into the bosom of democracy's blessings, ultimately transforming Iraq , like Japan and Germany before them, from freedom's greatest enemy to its greatest defender.
President Bush's violation of Liberty's mandates has lead to his failure to understand that in the Arab world freedom is considered a threat by the majority, because it is seen as a doctrine where a person has been given the right to question the ethics on which the foundation of their social order rests, a foundation that was built exclusively on the teaching and dictates of Mohammed.
Since such inquiries would be considered an insult to Allah, so would the doctrine of liberty that opened the door to such inquiries. The reality is in the Arab world people are seeking freedom, but freedom from democracy.
President Bush's failure to understand that the Koran and Bible are documents of faith for those who have chosen to believe in God for their salvation and that these documents cannot protect against a government of tyranny by man in the name of God confirms his failure to understand that a constitution in a democracy is a document of governance that embraces covenant of principles to prevent against the advancement of tyranny by man in the name of God or the State.
Bush's allegiance to a faith-first governance is why he failed to recognize the constitutional tools left by our founding fathers for us. His ignorance mirrors a strategic flaw in the Bush doctrine that is preventing America from securing and implementing the principles on which our Constitution rests.
Because of this he has severed the democratic constitutional mandate that separation of Mosque and State provides for overcoming the plague of religious tyranny from his Middle East policy, thus taking the very teeth out of the strategy that America needs to spread democracy in the Arab world and gain a victory from terrorism there.
President Bush creating a religious democracy's was not the plan our founding fathers had for protecting the America people from the plague of religious suppression, creating a democracy free from the governance of religious tyranny. Your new mutations threaten to complete a circuitry for an endless cycle of treachery that will descend on humankind in the future like a locus, consuming all that is righteous in its path and leaving behind Torch less Statues, Gagged and Bound in their new harbors of Liberty.
Bush's newest Islamic Democratic Concoction in Iraq fits that bill. It mirrors a doomed policy on our home front that is in the process of legitimizing Religious Tyranny here and sealing our fate in the Middle East by declaring war on Separation of Mosque and State only solution that would eliminate the cause of Terrorism in the world.
What was the result of holding elections in the Middle East under a Bush religious mandate?
After all, it was President Bush who assured the American people before the 2005 elections in Palestine . He assured Americans that when given a choice all people seek to live in liberty and to choose their own government. Well, he got the second part right. A five percent success rate is not too bad for a foreign policy that is needed to win a third world war!
President Bush's surprise that 95% of the Palestine people went to polls and exercised their God-given right to freely elect a terrorist organization speaks directly to this matter.
His proclamations might have been true in the nation of Hungary in the post cold war era but unfortunately after 9/11 and in the nations of the Arab League here the equation changes. The reality is the people in the nations of the Arab world, like the majority in Japan in World War 11, have also consummated their marriage to their faith in their God at the altar of religious tyranny.
Trying to spread the Doctrine of Democracy in Iraq and throughout the Middle East without first mandating the principles that a constitution in a Democracy must embody would be as foolish as giving a flashlight without a battery to a person to help them find their way out of the dark. Only a ‘Democracy or Else' initiative can achieve a victory over terrorism here.
Now, as in Japan after World War 11, it is only a Democracy or Else stance by the United States that can exhume the same brand of tyranny that is now poisoning the minds of the Arab people. Only then can the Arabs transform their homegrown cultures of gloom into gardens of peace and prosperity.
The Japanese confirmed this principle. It was their unconditional surrender to America to end World War 11 that delivered them into the bosom of Democracy.
In Japan , the acts of suicide bombers appeared under the governance of a religious totalitarian state with an emperor acting as their modern-day Imam. The rise of absolute power in the name of the sacred consumed the people of Japan and in the end produced some of the most egregious acts of torture on the full menu of tyranny's evils. Like the population of the nations of the Arab League today, the Japanese did not give a seconded thought to those among them who were committing atrocities against innocent people. In like manner, both peoples embrace religious tyranny under the rule of an uncontestable social and religious mandate.
Ultimately, it became apparent that the Japanese would only respect what proved to be more powerful than what they worshiped. In the end, they only made the transformation to civilized behavior through the imitation of a force that would prove to be more powerful than the misguided faith that had consumed them.
The attack by America on Hiroshima fulfilled this objective. It was so powerful that in one instant it released the grip that their tyrannical religious dogma had on their nation's civil and social institutions, and delivered them into the bosom of Democracy's blessings, ultimately transforming Japan from the enemy of freedom to one of its greatest defenders.
Now America only has to recall Japan's transformation to a civilized nation to map out our exit strategy from the onslaught of terrorism we now face in Iraq, which has become the epicenter of terrorism around the world.
For those in the administration who are still insisting that it will take time for Democracy to grow in Iraq or that Iraq will develop their own brand of Democracy because of ethic and religious reasons, I ask what Democracy are they talking about? Certainly not the one our founding fathers fashioned over 200 years ago. It was these ethic and religious alliances in the pre-Constitutional era that left a history of tyranny and violence in its wake. We did not come all this way to endorse a pre-Constitutional document of governance in Iraq in liberty's name.
There is only one brand of Democracy and only one culture under its domain: the culture of freedom. The Germans and Japanese are now reaping the benefit of liberty's blessing. It is precisely because America insisted that they first establish a constitution of our choice to end their tyranny that they now can enjoy these blessings.
World War 11 taught us we can never put the fate of liberty in the hands of those that embrace tyranny's decrees.
Yet President Bush met with Abdul Ziz Al Hakim, the Shiite leader of the Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution, the leader of the largest block in Iraq's Parliament, to discuss uniting Iraq.
What part of ‘Supreme Council for Islamic Revolution' does President Bush not understand?
The war in Iraq has reached a critical mass, and like a cancer that is spreading out of control the only question left is what foreign policy must President Bush adapt whose political ideology will provide us with the tools and strategy we need to apply that will redirect the Iraqi people's determination?
It is this form of allegiance that has not only lead to the sectarian violence in Iraq but because it mirrors the same overall commitment of the great majority of the people in the nations of the Arab League who like the Iraqis who also serve a God that they have enshrined in the altar of religious tyranny this puts Iraq at the epicenter of the war against terrorism around the world.
It's time for President Bush to shut up and save his Sermon on the Mount for his own church. It's time to do what we elected this Constitutional cowboy to do: coral all those sectarian rustlers in Iraq and put them under the sovereignty of a Democratic Constitutional mandate.
Now, only the seed planted over two hundred years ago by America's founding father honoring the freedom of all by protecting against the tyranny of any, can be the seed planted by the people of Iraq in their new constitution in order to build an invincible fortress of liberty that will establish Iraq as the first line of defense against terrorism and finally undermine a movement of religious tyranny that has laid the foundation for the rise of the religious totalitarian governments of the Arab League in that region for over 1000 years.
Since the war in Iraq demands the release of Iraq from the grip of religious tyranny, we can now turn to our Founding Fathers' weapon of choice to complete this mission: the principle of separation of church and state, established by them over 200 years ago to forever protect God's name from being used by humankind to deny people their inalienable rights. This should be our weapon of mass destruction.
Only this serum injected directly into the heart of Iraq's governing structure can cure their homegrown cultures of gloom and hate that are now responsible for terrorizing their own population. Now it is apparent this has to be an emergency procedure. There is no time for permission slips from an infected population which is now host to this plague. This weapon was good enough for our founding fathers, why is it not good enough for President Bush?
The only real question on the table is will America open liberty's gate in Iraq and take this opportunity to consummate her mission to deliver this indomitable package of freedom untarnished into the heart of the Islamic World or will the legacy of freedom be erased from History's registry by those who championed treachery and deception on the homefront?
It is becoming increasingly apparent to me that while options for some sort of a cut-and-run policy may not have been included in our present administration's original objective, this is precisely the policy that is emerging. The principles of Democracy that are needed to secure a victory over the forces of tyranny and terrorism in Iraq and in the Middle East are being sacrificed to the realizations of a shortsighted objective.
The idea that creating a strong security force and creating more jobs in Iraq to stabilize their economy will guarantee stability in Iraq's future is preposterous. It would not matter how many troops we sent there or how much we invested in their infra- structure. The Iraqi government has already declared any help we offer as a Trojan horse, thus effectively sabotaging their people's trust in our good intentions.
As a result there is nothing in the arsenal of the Iraq new governance that could prevent Iraq from being over run by the serge of Shiite madness as soon as Americans leave, no matter what President Bush says.
With the one omission of the principles of separation of Mosque and State in the Iraqi's new governance, the constitutional balance between the secular and religious that is needed to maintain an open market of ideas in Iraq will falter. When the dust settles only another form of tyranny will emerge in their future, a new age forgery conceived in the womb of ignorance and bathed in the sacrifice of our soldiers' blood. Then what would be the reward for their sacrifice? A time bomb waiting to explode in our children's future.
At this juncture I may not have any influence on the Bush administration's plan of action in Iraq and the Middle East. Still, it is my obligation as a citizen to alert the American people that any violation of a separation of Mosque and State mandate in US policy for Iraq will be a victory for those who are intent on destroying the implementation of a Democratic form of governance in that region. If we go down that path we will fall short in containing the darkest deeds of terror presently approved by the majority of the nations of the Arab league who show undaunted allegiance to their nations. Their own sacred dogma has been one in which the exclusion of peoples' inalienable rights has been the official mantra for over 2000 years.
In 2004, I wrote in Liberty's Last Call :
“ President Bush, it is time to announce to the people and the leaders of Iraq, ‘If you are not part of the solution you are part of the problem.'”
We did not sacrifice the blood of our American troops so you could build a new edifice of oppression, an edifice that would rise like a modern pyramid to paint the face of another religious tyranny across the skyline of the Middle Americans' sacrifice of their sons.
We cannot permit this to happen and hope to survive. This would be nothing more than an act of surrender to the Religious Totalitarian nations of the Arab League that are the breeding grounds for the plague of terrorism in the Middle East. America went to war because there was an attack on the sovereignty of the United States of America. That was no less egregious than what we suffered in Pearl Harbor.
Going to war with Iraq after September 11 because of Saddam Hussein's violation of non compliance with United Nations weapons inspection and his past history with biological weapons and the United Nations history of lack of enforcement of their own mandates was more than justified in attacking Iraq.
Saddam Hussein could no longer be trusted in an era where the packaging and size of weapons of mass destruction would now provide him with a viable alterative, launching attacks on the United States through distributing these devices to terrorist groups who had already proved on 9/11 they would be more than willing to carry out this mission. The question was not only if Hussein had these weapons, but even if he didn't, God help us all, if he did manage to distribute them to terrorist organizations. We must not lose sight of this.
Therefore, it was America's rightful duty first either as liberators or conquerors of Iraq to demand an unconditional surrender to the Iraq government or issue a Declaration of War. If they did not comply, then President Bush could have implemented an interim government and constitution of America's choice after his victory on the ground. President Bush did not choose to do this.
The time to declare marshal laws in Iraq and set up a new government under a constitution of our choice has come. Its time for the Iraqi people, like the people in Japan and Germany after World War 11, to realize there is only one way forward for Iraq. It must now become a Democracy or else.
Don't attack this messenger! If you find my solution too radical, take it up with our founding fathers. They knew the nature of tyranny. Read the Declaration of Independence. Lincoln knew it when he won the South in the Civil War to end their attachment to slavery. Truman knew it when he ended the war with Japan.
The cover- up of a flawed Bush doctrine will not cut the mustard in Iraq. President Bush, you cannot build the foundation for Democracy in Iraq under a Constitution that is compromised by religious tyranny at its core. You cannot disguise it by calling it a fledgling Democracy. It will not work. While you can temporarily hide the stripes of a zebra by painting their black stripes white, in a storm their white stripes will always reappear to reveal their true identity.
What will happen in the future for Iraq when their Constitution omits essential principles on which the foundation of liberty rests?
Not only will the Constitutional balance between the religious and state institutions that is needed to maintain an open market of ideas in Iraq falter. At the end of the day the hand of justice that is the essential element for overcoming Iraq's own inequities will be missing, and in a region where it is religion, not family, where blood is considered thicker than water, there will be nothing to prevent Iraq from backsliding and merging together with Iran under the umbrella of religious autocracy.
In the end our own stance against tyranny here and abroad is what liberty is all about. To be the sworn and unrelenting enemy of tyranny, no door must be left unopened, no corner must be left unexplored. Neither here nor aboard, not even in the realm of the sacred- especially in the Middle East where evil displays its greatest power to corrupt and hide. We must never let tyranny escape our gaze lest we ourselves unknowingly embrace its deception and lose the privilege to spread liberty throughout the world.
For the sake of liberty, the America people must wake up and demand that the implementation of the principle of separation of Mosque and State be installed into a new constitution of Iraq before we leave. We cannot afford to engage in a cut and run policy from the only mandate that will save humanity form terrorism and sustain the principles of liberty in Iraq.
It is time to drop Liberty's Neutron Bomb: separation of Church and State on the nations around the world where peoples' inalienable rights are now considered a threat to their religious beliefs. Iraq must be first.
